Plans & Pass Terms

How weekly passes and subscriptions work: book limits, discounts, duration and renewal.

1. What a plan does

• A plan sets the maximum number of books you may hold at once and discounts the weekly charge by a percentage.
• If you have several active plans, the highest book limit and the single best discount apply. Discounts do not add together.
• A plan's discount applies only while you hold fewer books than that plan allows.

2. Buying and duration

• Plans are bought from your wallet and start immediately.
• A weekly pass lasts 7 days; subscriptions last as shown (30, 90 or 365 days).
• Buying a plan cannot take your wallet below the minimum for the books you hold.

3. No automatic renewal

Plans do not renew by themselves. We tell you three days before a plan ends and when it ends; renew whenever you like.

4. Fees

Plan fees are non-refundable once the plan is active, unless we withdraw the plan or the law requires a refund.
